Overview
The Inventory Master 13.56 MHz NFC Contactless Card Reader for Vending Machines with SAM slot is based on 13.56 MHz technology and enables quick and easy integration into embedded systems. It supports ISO 14443 Parts 1 to 4 Type A and B cards. It has a card reading distance of up to 50 mm (depending on tag type). In addition, it has an ISO 7816 compliant integrated SAM (Secure Access Module) slot that can be used with a SAM card for the highest security in contactless transactions. It comes with an integrated antenna and supports USB firmware upgrade capability and extended APDU. It supports up to a maximum communication speed of 848 Kbps and a detachable USB cable is also available. This reader module is suitable for demanding contactless smart card applications such as ATM payment systems, kiosks, slot machines and other integrated systems.
