AI-Driven Product Sourcing Spelialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, potential suppliers, and new product opportunities using market intelligence tools, dashboards, and competitor analysis platforms. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product developers, data engineers, and procurement automation specialists. 
  • Maintain digital records in compatible formats; generate reports using analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track metrics like supplier performance and delivery timelines. 
  • Participate in sourcing projects, including hardware components for tech product pipelines. 
  • Explore smart logistics, autonomous restocking, and sourcing automation within the supply chain. 
  • Utilize tools for supplier analysis, product comparison, and demand forecasting. 
  • Support workflow automation through chatbots, contract parsing tools, and RPA bots for repetitive tasks. 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across automated supply chain systems. 
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a digitally transformed sourcing process. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel add-ins, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and automation tools is a plus.
