Overview
The humidity-temperature RFID tag monitors the ambient temperature and relative humidity inside of data center racks to enable easy mapping of data center temperature profiles and air flow optimization. It also reports real-time environmental conditions periodically. The tag is designed for use in environmentally-sensitive areas such as IT data centers.
This single use RFID tag is encased in an impact resistant polycarbonate enclosure with a strong adhesive on the back of the case. It has a reliable performance in an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C and 0% to 95% RH with an accuracy of ±1.2 °C and ±5% RH. The small form factor ensures clear signal transmission in high-density deployments. It features a low-battery alert function and operates with a very low duty cycle and a 10s beacon rate.
