Overview

This battery-powered rack temperature RFID tag can be used with most standard fixed and mobile readers. It monitors temperature sensitive assets in IT racks with an accuracy of 1.2 °C to enable easy mapping of data center temperature profiles and air flow optimization. The real-time temperature conditions are reported periodically. The tag is sealed in an impact and splash resistant polycarbonate enclosure with a strong adhesive on the back of the case. It can be placed on or in IT racks or suspended in air. This RFID tag features a low-battery alert function and operates with a very low duty cycle and a 10s beacon rate. Its small form factor ensures clear signal transmission in high-density deployments.
